dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study are to analyze the impact of motivation strategies on employees retention in SMEs in Rwanda with the specific objectives are to assess the effectiveness of motivation strategies in NSHUTI & 2AY LTD and to assess the influence of motivation strategies on employees retention of NSHUTI & 2AY. The data was collected by using questionnaires, interview and documentation techniques with a sample size of 30 members selected from 55 members of NSHUTI & 2AY. The findings show that the researchers have been found that employees motivation that is efficient and effective” received a mean score of 3.944 with a relatively high standard deviation of 1.058, indicating some variability in how employees perceive the efficiency and effectiveness of their motivation within the context of their salaries. The mean score of 3.94 indicates that employees are generally satisfied with receiving a yearly bonus. However, the standard deviation of 1.058 suggests that there is some variability in responses, indicating that while most employees are satisfied, there are some who might not be as content with their yearly bonus. The higher standard deviation indicates more variability in responses regarding this aspect. Participating in events that can help you grow as a professional (Mean: 4.589, Std: 0.417). This category received the highest mean score among all the listed opportunities, indicating that employees. The low standard deviation suggests a high level of agreement among respondents on the importance of such activities. A training program can assist you in being more adaptive and active at work (Mean: 4.442, Std: 0.556) this stated that the mean score above 4 reflects that employees believe training programs play a significant role in enhancing their adaptability and activity levels at work. The moderate standard deviation indicates a relatively consistent perception among respondents regarding this opportunity. The researcher recommend that the NSHUTI & 2AY LTD has few staff members so; it needs to recruit more employees who have high skills and experience in order to have better performance. More training is needed to the staff members in order to improve on their knowledge and skills and For the human resource of managers of NSHUTI & 2AY LTD we suggest that NSHUTI & 2AY LTD must raise the remuneration of some employees who are not satisfied of their salaries because having some. en_US
