Abstract:
The aim of this study is to contribution of employee motivation strategies on the performance of the company in Rwanda, a case study: Bralirwa plc, period: 2020-2023. The objective of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of employee motivation in Bralirwa Plc, to examine the effects of employee motivation to the performance of Bralirwa Plc. This research subdivided in four different chapters. First chapter is general introduction the second chapter is review of relate literature and present the description of conceptual review of the study and then gives conceptual framework. The chapter three is research methodology it contains the techniques and methods of data collection. Chapter four is presentation of research findings and discussion, this study ended by general conclusions and suggestions..Chapter two is literature review it presents the literature related study from the varies written documents journal, report, internet resources and other dissertation related to the contribution of employee motivation and performance of the organization, this chapter also presents the conceptual framework of the study and contains and present the variable of the study. Chapter three is research methodology it contains the research design, population of the study, sample size, techniques of data collections, research process, and method of data analysis. The chapter four contains data collected in related to the role of the advertisement to the profitability of Bralirwa Plc, in this chapter the researcher analyses the contribution of employee motivation strategies on the performance of company in Rwanda and this chapter end by summary conclusion.with data collected from the field table 4.3. present the information of related to the effectiveness of employee motivation strategies in Bralirwa Plc in Bralirwa Plc, 27.1% of respondents confirmed that the Bralirwa Plc offer training and participation in decision making to its employee, 25.9% of respondents confirmed that the Bralirwa Plc offered bonus career and promotion to its employees, a Based on the finding the researcher would suggest that Bralirwa Plc could establish the followings issues that help to increase its performance: continue to increase level of knowledge and trained employees in all departments, and bonus depending on performance of employees.
