The Intranet Mailing System is an internal communication platform designed to facilitate seamless
and secure communication within an organization. Unlike conventional email systems, this project
focuses on creating a closed-loop messaging system accessible only to authorized personnel within
the organization. It enhances internal communication by offering a fast, reliable, and secure
medium for exchanging messages, documents, and other essential information.
Built using a robust architecture, the system ensures data security and confidentiality through user
authentication, access control, and encrypted communication channels. The system allows users
to send, receive, and archive messages, manage attachments, and organize communication threads,
all while ensuring that sensitive information remains within the organization’s intranet.
