dc.description.abstract Rwanda’s diplomacy plays a crucial role in shaping the country's image and attractiveness to foreign investors, tourists, expatriates, and international organizations. Through diplomatic efforts, Rwanda has been able to enhance its global presence, build strong relationships with other countries, and create a favorable environment for foreigners. This study seeks to highlight the influence of diplomacy on the attractiveness of investors in Rwanda, particularly in relation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation(MINAFFET). The specific objectives were to analyze the influence of Diplomacy on the investor’s attractiveness in Rwanda, to research the strategies used by Rwandan´s diplomacy and to examine the challenges faced by Rwanda´s diplomacy while attracting investors. The researcher reviewed the related literature to develop the study's full idea; primary and secondary data were obtained and analyzed, and the researcher used 96 people to get accurate data. The research found that 83.3% of most respondents stated that political stability and security 14 influences of diplomacy on the investor’s attractiveness in Rwanda same as ease of doing business reforms influences of diplomacy on the investor’s attractiveness in Rwanda as well as MINAFFET promotes investments. Besides, 55.2% of respondents said that regional integration and trade agreements influences of diplomacy on the investor’s attractiveness in Rwanda . Meanwhile, 87.5% confirmed that Foreign Relations and Economic Diplomacy influences of Diplomacy on the investor’s attractiveness in Rwanda. Furthermore, International Partnerships and Development Initiatives with 80% while ease of doing Business Reforms influence Diplomacy on the investor’s attractiveness in Rwanda were at 71.6% . The final research found that 41.6.% mentioned that regional instability are a challenge raised by Rwanda´s diplomacy while attracting investors. Besides, 57.5% of respondents said that competition from other African countries, the skills gap in the workforce is mentioned by 87.5% while Rwanda’s diplomacy faces limited market size while attracting investors. Based on the findings of the study, this study recommends further infrastructure development, address skills gap and to improve Regional Cooperation. en_US
