dc.description.abstract The study is about the impact of political inclusiveness of women on local government of Rwanda. A case of Rwanda Women Parliamentarian Forum (FFRP). Specifically this study examined the factors facilitating women‟s political inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda, analyzed the factors hinder women‟s inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda and investigated the impact of women‟s political inclusiveness on local government of Rwanda. In virtue to the main purpose of this study, researcher designed an appropriate research methodology and used the interview, documentary and questionnaire techniques to collect and analyse relevant data which allowed the researcher to obtain the following findings: Regarding the factors facilitating women‟s political inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda results shows that almost all respondents with 89.7% of the total respondents strongly agreed that legal framework in Rwanda is a factor that facilitating women‟s inclusiveness in local government. It was also observed that 64.1% of the total respondents strongly agreed that inclusive education facilitate women‟s inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda. Regarding the factors hinder women‟s inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda, results shows that 56.4% of the total respondents strongly agreed that lack of confidence or intimidation is the factors that hinder women‟s inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda. It was also mentioned that 35.9% of the total respondents strongly agreed that household chores and family activities are the factors hinder women‟s inclusiveness in local government in Rwanda. on the issues of the impact of women‟s political inclusiveness on local government in Rwanda results shows that almost all respondents with 87.2% strongly agreed that women‟s political inclusiveness on local government in Rwanda contribute in promotion of good governance and 12.8% agreed with this statement. Also, 71.8% strongly agreed that women‟s political inclusiveness on local government in Rwanda boosted democracy and 28.2% agreed with the statement. Therefore, all these allow researcher to conclude that political inclusiveness of women is the essential booster of good governance. en_US
