Abstract:
The project titled "Structure and Architecture Design of a Four-Story Commercial Building
Located in GASABO DISTRICT, Gisozi sector, Gakinjiro, involves the comprehensive planning,
architectural design, and structural analysis required to develop a functional and sustainable multi-
purpose commercial building. This project aims to address the growing demand for commercial
space in Kigali by incorporating modern construction techniques, materials, and safety standards
to ensure the building's durability and suitability for various business activities. The design
emphasizes efficient space utilization, accessibility, and adherence to local building regulations
and environmental considerations. The project also outlines the key construction phases, resource
allocation, and project management strategies necessary for successful completion.
