dc.description.abstract The stock management system in Magerwa warehouse uses manual process system. When customers need to take an item and enter the item they must go to the office and record what they want manually, that’s way it is making the process too late. Which requires the employee to use paper based recording files to know the status of each customer and to perform the process in the system. That why we choose this system IOT Based Smart Stock management system that makes the system of Magerwa running properly and fast The paper includes three chapters or phases. The first phase covers the introduction, which contains background, Existing system study, proposed system, objective of the project, benefits of the project, scope, methodology and significant of the project. The second phase covers the system features which contain existing system description, hardware requirement, software requirement, user requirement, system requirement, functional requirement, nonfunctional requirement, Use case diagram, Use case description, activity diagram and sequence diagram. We all understand that in today's fiercely competitive world, various technologies like IOT, digital, cloud, sensors, etc. have helped to develop everything. The high level of human engagement in labor, manual errors, and the need for several people for process control and management are just a few of the issues that the stores face today. Although humans may occasionally make mistakes, machines never do. In order to lessen the issues in stores, we are introducing a novel idea: a web system is interlinked with RFID based system that read the unique identification attached to the products kept in stock information for better management. NodemCU ESP8266 is the brain of the project because it governs the works as it facilitates to sends information to the database of the website over Wi-Fi. en_US
