dc.description.abstract This proposal presents a distributed, multi-platform system to manage vaccination information for children under five years of age as part of the expanded immunization program in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This system responds to the problems of loss of children's vaccination records following certain circumstances of war, risk of overdose or lack of vaccine for children who present without a vaccination record which was either lost. The objective of this system is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of vaccination campaigns by providing a centralized and secure platform to store, access and update vaccination records. The proposed system will be multiplatform with a web platform for the administration part and mobile applications to guarantee data integrity, accessibility and real-time updates. It allows healthcare professionals to record vaccination information directly into the system using mobile devices, eliminating the need for paper records and reducing the risk of data loss or errors. The distributed nature of the system ensures that vaccination information is replicated across multiple nodes, minimizing the risk of data loss due to infrastructure failures or malicious attacks. In this work, we achieved our objectives by using different methodologies such as documentation, interview, agile approach, object analysis. We have created a web application with a centralized database where children's vaccination sessions must be recorded in the central database to allow better management and increased security of vaccination information as it requires the intervention of several direct or indirect actors. It is important now to have a single online software that manages children's vaccination information with a single centralized database. en_US
