dc.description.abstract This study aimed to assess “the EFFECT of human resource motivation tactics on job performance in private organizational taking LAMALA CAMPANY as case study”. The general objective of this study was to assess the EFFECT of human resource motivation tactics on job performance in organization taking LAMALA CAMPANY as case study. The finding of this studies are presented in accordance with objectives stated by the researcher such as, to evaluate motivation tactics implemented in LAMARA; to find out the level of job performance in LAMARA; to assess the relationship between human resource motivation tactics and job performance on private organization. The corresponding research questions are as what are motivation tactics implemented in the LAMALA; what is the level of job performance in LAMARA? Is there any significant relationship between human resource motivation tactics and job performance in LAMARA CAMPANY? The methodology used while conducting this research was primary data where they were 44 respondents distributed questionnaires equally. During the study complete universal sampling technique were employed. The researcher used interview guide, questionnaires, as tools of data collection. The collected data was edited, put into statistical software and frequencies were determined with their percentages. According to the findings, employees’ motivational tactics have been implemented in the LAMARA C’ are salary as it is approved by 100% of all of respondents; reward as it is approved by 100% of all respondents; working condition as it is approved by 93.2% of all respondents; recognition as it is approved by 100% of all of respondents and training as it is approved by 100% of all respondents. Further job performance in LAMARA C’ is at satisfied level according to 100% of all respondents. Employees’ motivational factors affect job performance according to 100% of all respondents. This was approved also by Spearman's correlation coefficients that there is positive medium correlation which is 0.71 (71.0%) between human resource motivation tactics on job performance in organizational. en_US
