dc.description.abstract This research examines The Effect of Employees' Retention on Organizational Performance: A Case Study of Pfunda Tea Company (2021-2023). The study explores how various employee retention strategies, such as competitive remuneration packages, training and development, and rewards and recognition, influence financial performance and overall organizational success. The research employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze the data collected from a sample of 47 respondents. The findings indicate that effective employee retention strategies significantly impact organizational performance by enhancing productivity, improving job satisfaction, and reducing turnover rates. This study contributes to understanding the dynamics between employee retention and organizational performance, providing valuable insights for Pfunda Tea Company and similar organizations aiming to improve their HR practices. Key recommendations include implementing comprehensive retention programs that focus on employees' professional growth and well-being to foster long-term organizational success. en_US
